DRAINING DRILL

From ZAL's ingenuity, the only draining tiller that does not compact the soil!

The ZAPPETTIFICIO ALTO LAZIO – ZAL – is pleased to introduce you theONLY CUTTER IN THE WORLD capable of hoeing and at the same time "draining" the soil, eliminating the compaction surface that is created with the use of normal cutters.

The expansion of the first patent granted to us for the exclusive production of DRAINING HOES, has allowed us to create a machine that will no longer cause soil compaction problems and will greatly facilitate water drainage, keeping the subsoil friable and without water stagnation.

With the ZAL Draining Cutter the compaction sole no longer has any reason to exist and many jobs that were previously carried out with other much more expensive tools can once again be done with our cutter, which, by shredding the grass and weeding the soil, it will also allow biofertilization of the soil, avoiding the use of chemical herbicides.

The innovative system is based on two aspects which are: the hoe equipped with a double curvature perpendicular to the ground and the correct arrangement of the hoes on the rotary shaft of the cutter.

It should not be underestimated that in addition to the benefits brought to the soil, there is also a great advantage with respect to the wear of the tractor, as the ZAL Draining Cutter absorbs less power even on very hard soil, reduces vibrations and consequently the wear of the mechanical components.

Normal cutters leave the processing substrate very compact, with our cutter however the furrows created by the hoes, in addition to draining the soil, cancel out the compaction sole because they interrupt it in many points making it friable and practically non-existent.

The drained area will thus be permeable to water and will reduce the possibility that heavy downpours following processing could carry the worked soil downhill on sloping fields.

The demonstration video gives a good idea of how the Drained ZAL cutter works compared to normal cutters. It is clear that the normal old-fashioned cutters are now outdated!
